includes residence halls and apartments, which accommodate over 400
students. We invite you to live at NIACC and join our vibrant campus

2007-2008 student housing rates:
Room and board for the residence halls per semester is $2338 for a single room with a
19-meal plan and the all-you-can-eat buffet. You can earn a Double
Occupancy Discount by living with a roommate, though Resident Assistants are
guaranteed to have a single room. Meal plans are required for those
