Trojans Start Season 3-2
The NIACC Trojans started off the 2010 campaign with a 5-4 extra inning victory over Southeastern Illinois College on Friday. The Trojans took the nightcap 11-0 in five frames.
Saturday, the Trojans split with Lewis and Clarke CC in Alton, IL. Game 1 was a 5-2 loss, but bounced back in game 2 with an 8-4 victory.
On Sunday, the Trojans took on Lewis and Clarke CC again in a 9-inning affair. The Trojans were downed 8-3.
NIACC Baseball is back in action Saturday, March 13 against Brookdale CC (NJ) in Cocoa, Florida. The Trojans will play 13 games in Cocoa.
