03/03/10 - Lady Tojans start quick; fall to DMACC.  More

 

03/01/10 - The brackets have been released for the DII Women's Basketball Region XI Tournament.  Click here to view the brackets.  The Lady Trojans play DMACC on Tuesday, March 2nd in Boone.  The tip-off is at 7:00 pm.

02/23/10- We now have complete games to watch of the NIACC Trojans Women's Basketball team.  Please click on the "Archived Games" link on the left to view complete games.

 

02/23/10- The NIACC Women's Basketball team used help from their bench to defeat Ellsworth 87-66 at home last night.  The Lady Trojans hit 13 3-point goals.  Jamelia Hudnell led all scorers with 24 points.  Others with double digit scoring included:  Amy Boley (14), Sam Pederson (12), and Karen Ott (11).  NIACC will host Iowa Lakes Wednesday, then Southeastern on Saturday to finish out regular season play.

 

02/22/10 - The NIACC Women's Basketball team lost to Kirkwood on Saturday, February 20th by the score of 78-59.  Click here for complete results.

02/10/10- The North Iowa Area Community College women’s basketball home game versus Ellsworth Community College that was scheduled to be played on Monday, February 8th has been rescheduled for Monday, February 22nd.  Tip-off is set for 6 p.m.

 

The NIACC women’s and men’s basketball home doubleheader versus Iowa Lakes Community College that was scheduled for Tuesday, February 23rd has been rescheduled to Wednesday, February 24th in order to assist Iowa Lakes Community College with weather related scheduling conflicts.

 

02/06/10- Lady Trojans lose a close one to DMACC 69-62.  They will play American Institute on Wednesday, February 10th and host Southwestern CC on Saturday, February 13th.  The game will begin at 2:00 pm on Saturday.

 

02/01/10- Lady Trojans fall to Iowa Central.  More

 

01/20/10- The game for tonight against Marshalltown CC has been rescheduled for tomorrow at 5:00 pm.  The game that was postponed from January 6th against Ellsworth CC will be played on February 8th with a 5:30 pm tip-off in the NIACC gym.

 

12/03/09- NIACC Women's Basketball team is off to a 3-3 start and showing major improvements from a year ago.

 

03/09/09 - Two NIACC Trojan's earned post season honors: Nicole Eenhuis was named 2nd Team All-Region and Tiffany Braun earned Honorable Mention.

 

03/06/09 - NIACC Trojan women wrap up their season with a loss in the first round of the Region XI tournament last night in Estherville to Iowa Central, 69-92. more

 

03/02/09 - The Lady Trojan's lose by 6 (47-53) at home against AIB to conclude their regular season play on Saturday. The Trojan's will play Iowa Central CC in the first round of the Region XI playoffs this coming Thursday in Estherville, IA. Tip off is set for 3:00 pm March 5.

 

02/24/09 - Trojan Women lose their final conference game to the Ellsworth Panthers last night at home, 53-66. more

 

02/23/09- NIACC Women were defeated on the road last Saturday by Iowa Central, 42-83. more

 

02/19/09- Nicole Eenhuis led the NIACC women Wednesday night at home with 23 points, but the Trojans fell 46-71. more

 

02/16/09 - Trojan Women fall hard to Kirkwood over the weekend 31-81. more

 

02/12/09- Both Trojan teams were close at the half, but both fell to the Marshalltown Tigers last night at home. The ladies final score was 41-62. more

 

02/09/09 - Women clinch second straight win over Southwestern CC Saturday at home, 55-43. more
