Chris Frenz

Head Coach - Men's and Women's Golf

Coach Frenz, a graduate of Rockwell-Swaledale High School, is in his second year as Head Golf coach at NIACC. An avid golfer throughout high school and college, he was a member of the 1985 state championship team. After high school, Frenz went to Brown College in Minneapolis specializing in Broadcasting. Spending the last 18 years as a radio broadcaster here in Mason City, this is his first opportunity to coach. Along with his golf duties Frenz, is the enrollment specialist for Adults in the NIACC admissions office. Chris and wife Jackie reside in Mason City. They have four children Kelsey, Isaac, Nicholas, and Jessalyn.
