Course Description:
This course is designed to introduce students to
computers and the fundamentals of word processing. The students will
progress from basic through intermediate features of word processing
software. Also Open Entry. (20-20)
Equivalent to 15:211, COMP-105.
NOTE: S - The student must have Microsoft Word 2007 installed on the computer the student is using. Microsoft Word is available in all of the NIACC computer labs and the NIACC Charles City Center lab.
O - Open Enrollment - Register and start anytime. Fall and Spring Semester students have 15 weeks from start date to complete the course. Summer semester students have 8 weeks from start date to complete the course.
